What\u2019s more, it regularly adds new functions to these apps. While this gives Cogiscan a huge competitive edge, it also makes things much more difficult when the time comes to document their products and to train new clients and partners. So, Cogiscan absolutely needed to find a way for its documentation to stay abreast of its product development to better support its sales team and partners, effectively serve new and current clients, and better welcome new employees. In 2012, it asked Lios for help.<\/p>\n<h2>Solution<\/h2>\n<p>Lios took time to fully understand the situation to identify Cogiscan\u2019s and their clients\u2019 needs and to establish a customized technical communications strategy.
