Intact Insurance is the largest car, home and business insurance company in Canada.


In reorganizing its IT department in 2016, Intact Insurance had to shift certain tasks between groups. And it was clear that this had to be accompanied by a transfer of knowledge. After all, effective working methods had already been put in place. Now they just needed to share them correctly. An IT expert, Intact knew enough about technical writing to know they needed some professional help.


For Lios, identifying what needs to be documented and, especially, how to document it, isn’t an issue. In collaboration with Intact, we gathered and structured the information and we wrote an online help for the new group so they could be as effective as possible from the get-go.
